Reopening Plans: A Phased Approach Coming Soon

Dear Valued Pet Parent,

We miss you! We can’t believe it’s been 15 months since we have welcomed you into our building. This past year has provided so many changes, opportunities, and challenges. Yet, we have remained committed to providing veterinary care to patients who need us the most through it all. We appreciate your patience and understanding, but most importantly, your continued trust and loyalty.

As the state of California begins to implement reopening plans, we want to take this opportunity to provide you an update on Veterinary Vision’s reopening plans. We will be taking a phased approach to welcome clients back into the building. We realize this approach is not favorable (trust us, we cannot wait to see you!), especially as you know, the rest of the state, various businesses, and even other veterinary practices open and welcome clients back in.

However, many elements go into our plans to ensure a safe reopening, from spacing and supplies to abiding by county guidelines. As you know, each county imposed its own restrictions through the pandemic. Veterinary Vision hospital leaders have been working with their counties to create a reopening approach with your safety in mind! So, this is your warning! The first phase is coming soon! We will update you as soon as we are ready to launch and what that phase will entail.

For now, we will continue to have you check in curbside through our digital form for appointments, Rx pick-ups, etc. OR by calling when you arrive. Friendly reminder, please continue to wear a face-covering when dropping off your pet or speaking with a team member in person.

Again, thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to make new changes. We can’t wait to welcome you back soon! For questions, please email us at [email protected]

Thank you,

Your Veterinary Vision Team
